One of the definitions of the word adventure is “bold undertaking”. For this new blogger this feels like a true adventure, and a somewhat daunting task! Just like any adventure you undertake, you wonder about the outcome. I find myself at the outset of this adventure wondering what it will be like, will anyone read or like what I have to say, will it make a difference? It is that last question; will it make a difference, and the assumption that I can be a difference maker that is motivating this blog. I am like you; I want to make a difference in the world around me! I want to use my life experiences, skills, and passions to make a difference. I am passionate about God and His Word and want to help others in their journey to personal surrender.

I believe there is so much more of God to be experienced, and I believe this because I’ve personally received “more” of God through the process of surrender. There is a great exchange that God wants us to understand and know, and through surrender the exchange will take place. So join me in the adventure that is, Called to Surrender.
